Aries Center, Valencia / Coresol

Coresol company is working in Valencia, in a Bussiness Center called Aries Center. The company will invest 45 Millions of euros in this offices complex located in Burjassot

Aries Center is located in the nearness of The Congress Palace, in the munipality of Burjassot. It’s building finishing will be in 2010. This project is composed of two cylindrical towers of steel and glass, with an external “skin” that reduces the solar radiations, thng that makes of this building a green project.

The north tower , of nine levels, will have a 3580 m2 of area, and it will house the biggest bussiness center in Spain, and the suoth tower of 20 levels, will have an area of 13.500 m2, and will be sold per 41,6 Million of euros.

The zone where Aries center is located, is a zone with great busines potentials, with important building near from it, like Congress Palace, Hilton Hotel, Geminis Building Center, Trade Fair Hostess, and the future Mestalla Footbal Stadium.

This building will have several services like public parking, gym, coffee shops, nursery, meeeting rooms.
