Blue Condo, Nueva York / Bernard Tschumi

The Blue Condo Tower designed by the french architect Bernard Tschumi raises in the city of New York, in particular in Lower East Side of Manhattan Island. Its original design stands out from the surrounding buildings, adding modernity and color to the typical grey horizon.

This building forms part of these kind of residential buildings that have grown in New York , in the last years, in which the architect name s part of the property business marketing.

Inside each apartment the design that can be found is elegant and simple. The materials used for the decoration are bambu, palm floor, aplications made of stainless steel and stone and glazed tile counters- The Blue tower has 17 floor, in which 32 appartments were designed.

Blue Tower can be made out getting in or out from Manhattan by Williamsburg Bridge, easily recognizable thanks to a blue lighted sign of its facade
