Tameer Towers, Abu Dhabi / Gensler

Tameer Towers is a big architectural complex that will be located in the center of the Business District in Abu Dhabi, over Reem Al Island.

Designed by Gensler, Tameer Towers is aimed to become an icon of Abu Dhabi

With a total area of 465.000 m2 the project consist of six towers:
-One office tower of 300 meters tall
-Four housing towers with a range from 30th to 50th floors each.
-One luxury hotel of 7 stars.
The office towe is an spectacular building of 73 floors with an area of 153.100 m2. With an striking design with the form of a diamond the tower is divided (yo diria mejor splited pero no lo se bien) at the 20th floor landing over the channel and the pederastian zone that connects (o mejor diria between) the central park and the sea.

The tower will offer the most modern technology systems and advanced security measures. Also the tower will offer the possibility of customize the flats and offices.
The housing towers of different levels count with the most luxury designs and inner finish, so the most innovative technology.

The project count as well with an luxury hotel of 7 stars. A commercial area of 130.000 m2 will include shops and restaurants in the residential side along the park. It’s expected to be finished in November of 2010.
